Matt joined Citizens Capital in 2006 after interning with the group in 2005. He is responsible for
managing current investments and analyzing new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Citizens
Capital, Inc. he worked for I-Link and UCN in the voice-over-IP telecommunications industry and founded
Deo Distribution, LLC, a wholesale importer. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the
University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University.

Scott joined Citizens Capital in June of 2001. Prior to Citizens Capital, Scott was a Senior
Financial Analyst for Citizens Bank of Massachusetts. Prior work experience includes Financial analyst
positions at State Street Bank and Investors Bank and Trust. Scott holds a Masters of Science in Finance
degree and a Bachelors of Science in Finance degree from Bentley College and a MBA from Nichols College.
Scott is also a Certified Treasury Professional.
